HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard 3-5 day shipping in the continental US is $4.90. Orders $49+ ship for free!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders received before 12 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders received after 12 PM EST ship the next business day.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to addresses and PO boxes across the continental US.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We don't currently ship internationally, but we’re working on making it happen soon.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
You will be sent tracking information once the order has shipped out, and orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Due to the influx of packages in the USPS supply chain, some orders may take longer than this allotted timeframe. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@herbotica.shop if you're experiencing an unusual delay with your shipment.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING AND/OR BILLING INFORMATION?
You can update your shipping and billing information by logging into your account. If you have any issues, we can walk you through it, just shoot a note to support@herbotica.shop.
Subscription
IF I SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION, WILL IT RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically and a new shipment will be sent out every 30 days. You can opt-in for text reminders or skip an order in your account. We make the subscription process as seamless as possible - that's our promise to you!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription directly in your account or by emailing us at Support@herbotica.shop You can re-activate at any time directly in your account.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE?
You can adjust delivery dates or skip upcoming deliveries by logging into your account via the link provided in emails or through the portal on our website. Then go to the "Delivery Schedule" section. From there, you can choose to skip a delivery or edit a delivery date.
